About this apartment rental
50 m from a pretty white sand beach, 100 from the thalassotherapy center, 600 m from the city center, we offer this pretty renovated studio in a private residence with private parking space and cellar.
On the ground floor, this studio has a lovely, bright and pleasant loggia.
The apartment is equipped with a large king size bed of 160x200 which can be transformed into 2 separate beds of 80x200.
In the loggia you will also find a fireside chair which can also be transformed into a single bed.
You will also find :
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, microwave etc...)
- 1 bathroom with a large shower, washing machine
-1 wc
-Bike cellar
-Private parking space
-WIFI, tv
We can provide you with bed linen and towels for 5 euros per day per person.
Your 4-legged animal is welcome if it respects the premises and if its owners agree not to let it go on the bed and on the benches. A participation of 5 euros / day / animal will be required.
Cleaning fee of 40 euros if you want to save yourself this chore or if the cleaning is not done enough.

Coquet, douillet, ce logement dont l'hygiene est parfaite, est fonctionnel. Il est situé à 2 pas de la plage et de la cité corsaire, il n'y manque rien. Les prestations sont de grande qualité et la literie est très bien.
La propriétaire est réactive à nos demandes.
Seul bémol et pas du moindre, l'immeuble est sonore, notamment l'appartement situé au dessus qui lui aussi est du locatif pour vacanciers. Alors pour peu que ces locataires vivent la nuit...
