Very good choice of food. Excellent service.

Apartment was comfortable and very well equipped. Two points - no proper mirror in the bathroom. Radiators very difficult to work.

I've stayed before so the rooms are clean and comfortable and located in an annex so quiet, overall very good.

A little disappointed this time arrived around 9pm so no food of snacks available, which is fine, however they weren't offering breakfast either due to low occupancy so that was a disappointment not even a coffee. It would have been good to have notice of this. I had stayed before so i know the food is good, but if i had known there was no food i might have stayed in another hotel/ pub. Also if low occupancy why did i have to have the room right at the top of the building which served as the annex. Also, one final complaint no heating when i arrived in the evening and no heating in the morning so a bit chilly

Staff were really helpful and friendly even calling me to find out where I was (delayed trains!) Excellent breakfast too. Sadly, due to my late arrival, I missed thbe restaurant in the evening but other guests told me it was really good. Excellent selection of beers.

The hotel was close to the location of my work, which was very convenient.

Room was in the loft. It was stuffy and overheated. Made for an uncomfortable stay and poor sleep. I also didn't like having to pay at the property - As a business, we prefer to make our payments via booking.com so our employees have no issues on arrival.
