Safe, comfortable beds
Bathtub was not usable (no plug), lock on the main door was broken. Parking in the garage for 30$ per day

Everything is on remote, so you can control the house key from your phone. The location is on the yellow line on the porta romana station and moving from there is really easy. The house has a spacious dining room to fit all of us (9 people).
The parquet on the floor is really noisy, so moving at night means waking everyone up. The private bathroom in the patronal sleeping room is made for hobbit, there is literally no room for legs from the wc and the lavatory so it makes the wc useless, plus it is a bit stinky in there. The other 2 bathroom were fine, even though no soap was inside and we had to buy it outside.
