Location
The heating/air conditioning. Far too hot, thermostat didn’t appear to work if turned down or even switched off - continued to maintain 23/24 degrees and apparently in Milan air conditioning isn’t switched on yet!

La ubicación es impresionante, salís de la galería y lo tienes enfrente 😍
La limpieza, las comodidades, cuenta con implementos de cocina, todo muy prolijo y silencioso a pesar de la ubicación tan concurrida.
Tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua caliente y lo solucionaron de forma inmediata.
Nos costó un poco el tema de los códigos y la entrada al principio.

Minha experiência com a acomodação deixou bastante a desejar.
Enfrentamos problemas recorrentes com a falta de água quente para banho. Ao entrar em contato com a central de atendimento, fui informada de que há uma limitação de aproximadamente 40 litros de água quente por hóspede — o que, na prática, se mostrou claramente insuficiente.
