About this house rental

Feel at home in our 1924 cozy beach bungalow 1/2 block from the beach. There is a 600 sq ft private deck for you. The outdoor patio includes 80 yr old bouganvilla that creates a colorful overhang, sweet scenting plumerias, rose bushes and scrumptious night blooming jasmine. There is also an outdoor shower. The covered patio is a wonderful quiet retreat from a day in the sun and is an restful place to read and take a nap. On another note, we cannot be responsible for neighborhood noise including construction noise.

John and Nancys place was perfect. Great hosts. So close to the beach and Boccatos. easy walk to either downtown Manhattan or Pier Avenue. Loved it! Thanks Nancy and John
