Beautifully decorated, bright and airy, tri-level townhome just 3 1/2 blocks from the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the sand. A 15 minute stroll to either Redondo Beach Pier or Hermosa Beach Promenade. Who needs a car? The relaxing Master Bedroom boasts a comfortable King Bed, spacious bathroom and closet. Bright Guest Bedroom has Queen Bed, Daybed and Trundle. Perfect for families and kids! Private bathroom, with large tub and shower as well. There is a half bath downstairs adjacent to the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Queen fold out sofa is in the den. Updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and amenities. Relaxing Patio and umbrella. Rustic dining table with bench seating, seats 8. Wifi, fast internet, basic cable and a AppleTV box provided upstairs in Living Room. Den downstairs also has 48" flat screen with a DVD player, perfect for movie night, or game room. Bring your own Xbox or Wi. HDMI cable ready. Great unit nestled away from but between Herondo and 2nd - 1/2 block East of Hermosa’s woodchip “green belt”! Nice and quiet. Gina is super-responsive and helpful! Bikes, couple of beach chairs and towels all perfect for our daily jaunts to the sand. Garage is oversized and easy to park in. Kitchen and dining area well-appointed and Gina has provided everything you need for an extended stay! Just a couple blocks from Granny’s, Bolt, HiFi and Mickey’s. An easy bike or walk to EVERYTHING else - Vons, Pier, shops - you name it. Definitely recommend Gina’s place!

Gina has a wonderful and comfortable place to stay near the Ocean. It was conveniently near stores, plenty of restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The place itself was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely suggest staying there again.

The property looked as though no one had stayed there for some time. The light fixture in the master closet was hanging from a wire. The microwave was not functioning properly and I had to replace the water filter in the fridge although the owner sent a new one to the house. There were many items in the kitchen for convenience of cooking. It just was not as clean or in order as it should have been.
