We were there for the wiwcompetition. Perfect location to view the race. The elevator was handy as well. Loved the ease of getting around Kona & only used the car to go to the safeway. Both bathrooms could use some maintenance but everything else was great! Definetly would book again.

This suite on Ali'i Drive is comfortable, and has a great view of the bay as well as the best seats in town for the 4th of July parade and fireworks. Traffic noise is pretty much non-stop during the day and into the evening, so if you have trouble sleeping better bring earplugs and use the portable fans that are provided to drown out noise. The place was fairly clean, but some of the bed sheets and pillow cases appeared to be stained and should probably be replaced. The building maintains high standards for security, but it comes at a cost: only one set of keys were provided for our party of five and that caused some major inconvenience on several occasions. Contacting the management company after hours was challenging too, but they responded fairly quickly to our emails and texts after a water sensor alarm was somehow triggered in the laundry area. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay but it works best for one or two people, unless they start giving out more keys.
