Please note that the yard is exclusively available for the main house rental and not for separate parties renting the apartment. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

We have stayed here before and continue to find this property tidy, clean, dog friendly, and an easy walk to town. The kitchen is sparse (no provisions other than coffee) so a guest should expect to bring any food, seasonings, etc if they plan to cook. Thanks for the blissful stay.

This was a perfect place to stay for 2 nights while enjoying concerts at the Midstate Fair. Walkable distance to both the downtown and fairgrounds. We will be back next year
