The cottage's focal point is the elegant formal sitting room, offering a serene ambiance and direct front patio access through French doors, great for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening breeze.

Our cottage is also walking distance to downtown Paso Robles, Spring Street, and Paso Market Walk, with all their wonderful shops, wine tasting rooms, and restaurants.

***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Dual 240V Electric Vehicle (EV) Type 1 charger onsite for guests.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. Maximum 2 dog(s) allowed, weighing 45 lbs. or less.
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

We loved this property! It was a perfect walking distance from downtown with all of the restaurants and wine tasting you could ever want. The place was extremely clean and comfortable with all necessary instructions for check in and check out.

Loved the location! It’s a small cozy cottage that was just great to stay in. The full kitchen allowed us to cook at night when we wanted to. Also, loved the heater in the bathroom!

A very clean small cottage. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and pleasant furnishings. The cottage has A/C but not the den. The den that has the couch is super hot. It felt like a sauna room. Unfortunately the doors to open up the den to allow air from outside doesn't have a screen door. We couldn't leave it open, otherwise flys or mosquitoes would enter. And since we couldn't use the den, the square footage of the cottage was even smaller. Also, the foliage outside the pathway entrance needs to be trim. My foot and leg got cut when I passed the plants. Overall, it was a good place.
