6 Mount Hood Home is a very well-appointed and spacious 2800+/- square foot home that can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen including new granite countertops (Spring 2024), complimentary Wifi and cable television, a private hot tub, and plenty of outdoor deck space with a barbeque for relaxing and entertaining.
This home is perfect for families with children of all ages, providing for a main living area and separate den for separation of space, bunk beds, ping pong table, and plenty of space for kids to play. The property is also located just a short drive away from The Village at Sunriver, where you'll find an array of family-friendly eateries, activities and attractions. Guests also have access to Sunriver amenities, which include SHARCs indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river, tube slides and hot tub. With over 35 miles of paved bike paths, you can explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area at your leisure.

Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.
With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide access to the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, along with many area discounts. Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf.

Great experience. Loved that there were so many beds. Ping pong and hot tub were a bonus. We brought our own bikes but it was nice to know there were some available if we needed. Really great location!

We rented this for a family reunion. It is near the center of Sunriver so not to far to any point, and only five minutes from Fort Rock Park where we had evening dinners and activities. The house had plenty of room for visitors and the A/C was much appreciated with outdoor temperatures reaching 100 degrees. Bedroom layout provides privacy with master suite at ground level, king/bunks/twin up one set of stairs, and other two bedrooms up a second set of stairs. Note: though this is listed as having five bedrooms, there are only four that are functional since one was converted to a den. Four was sufficient for our party since there was a last minute cancellation.

Very nice house for 8 people, two families in Bend area. Great deck looking out over bike trail and forest. Nice outdoor seating for 8. We grilled outside, it was nice and well equiped. The hot tub is private and nice condition. We used it. There is a nice master bedroom with king but the other king upstairs has the other beds in it, so great for family with small kids but not good for grown kids. Good location for Sunriver, Bend, and Bachelor activities.

The home is spacious and located close to all the kids favorites! We biked to Fort Rock Park, the SHARC, and the Village daily. The living space is open and inviting and the spacious kitchen was great for visiting while preparing meals. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
