About this apartment rental
This apartment of 45 sqm is located on the second floor of the villa and has exclusive use of a private terrace of 60sqm.
Access to the apartment is via a spiral staircase from the garden to the apartment's terrace.
From the terrace equipped with a table and chairs under a pergola, 2 sun loungers, outdoor shower and grill, you enter the living room, where there is a sofa that is a double bed and a wardrobe; on the right is a sliding door that opens onto the kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped: 2 hot plates, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (both Italian mocha and a filter machine) and dishwasher; next to it is a sliding door that opens on the bathroom with shower and washing machine; On the left is a bedroom with two single beds. Air conditioning. Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV available to guests.
Our house is only 300 m from the beach and it is surrounded by numerous pine trees. On the approx. 1200 sqm plot, the two-storey villa houses 3 apartments, each with its own terrace. You can walk to the center of the town, where numerous concerts and cultural events take place on its beach promenade in the summer months. Because of the many attractive leisure activities in the village, it is not easy to decide to go out or to stay comfortably at the house with its garden.
And about 1000 m from the apartments north of "Marina di Castagneto" there is also a private property with a botanical path and sitting areas, as well as a dressing room, toilet, water, sun loungers and parasols.
Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Etruscan coast, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port as the exit point for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful quiet village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea. From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels, final cleaning, Internet Wi-Fi.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit € 200, air conditioning € 1 / kW, heating € 1/kw. Pets allowed on request (please specify type and size)
