On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

We never felt crowded, plenty of space to spread out. Fully stocked with supplies, towels, dishes, coffee, spices, etc and everything clearly labeled.

It was well stocked for guests, but also had the owners personal momentos. We felt like we were in a 'home', not just another rental property. We loved the patio with lots of great family activities. It was a perfect place to watch for wildlife.

This place was perfect for our group. The home and extra cottage were both roomy and clean, which was ideal for accommodating everyone comfortably. The well-equipped kitchen and grill provided everything we needed for enjoying meals together. The view from the property was beautiful and added to the experience. Overall, a really nice property that worked out great for our larger group.

Upon arrival we were delighted at the property from a distance! As we entered the front door we were greeted with a messy porch, unraveled hose, broken solar lights and many, many cobwebs on the front porch. This encouraged us to really check other areas of the property. Rather than going on and on about the rental- I would rather be fair in saying that Paso Robles Vacation Property took care of sending up a maintenance man to fix all the issues. He worked along side my husband fixing all the issues for our first full day. The management company was fabulous and the rest of our week was delightful. The view is spectacular, the kitchen was fully equipped as I love to cook for a big family. Plenty of room for a large party and ample seating outdoors as well. The lake was a short drive away and we had plenty of room to park our boat and 4 other cars with ease. The house is definitely 100% cleaner than we found it and ready for the next vacationer. I would recommend this rental. Follow Waze to get to the property with ease and try not to travel at night- its tricky to find on the first day.
