About this house rental
Enjoy the peace and privacy of this large, fully renovated 420 m2 Bresse farmhouse, located on a 50-hectare estate, including an 8-hectare pond with its pontoon and two islands, which promises you beautiful boats, canoes or paddle.
The garden level of the house consists of a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and a scullery and finally a large game room with billiards, baby- football and home cinema.
On the first floor, you will find 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom with toilet and a 6-bed dormitory with also bathroom and toilet.
The loft, adjoining but independent, comprises on the ground floor a large room with kitchen, dining room and living room. Upstairs a large bedroom and a twin bedroom, their shared bathroom and separate toilet.
Outside the house, you will appreciate the covered terrace with bread oven, barbecue and table tennis, but also the outdoor terrace and its meadow overlooking the pond with a large children's play area.
The park allows you to take beautiful walks in the woods and meadows of the estate on foot or by bicycle. At the bend of your walks, you will follow the golf practice where you can hit balls and, if you are early in the morning, you may come across some families of deer ...

The house is large, excellent facilities and in renovated to a high quality.
We had 16 family members from teenagers to grandparents and all were very pleased with what they could do, inside and out.
We all spent time nearly every day enjoying activities on the lake, paddleboarding/ canoeing and then in the eveneing enjoying the outdoor eating and the indoor games room.

Excellent accueil et séjour ! Tout est à disposition pour partager des moments inoubliables avec ses proches. Les activités proposées (marche, golf, canoe, jeux d'enfants, ...) sont sur place et permettent à tous de passer de bons moments en extérieur.
