The host, Irina, helped with any question I had.
I liked that it had a parking spot right in front of the entrance door.
I liked that it was close to the center.
I liked that I could walk to a couple of stores.
I liked that the rooms are compartmented.
We used 2 blankets and I can say that they were not that clean, spots were visible on them.
The toilet is a bit hard to flush, you need to flush fast twice for the water to flow.
The A/C from the living room had a cleaning error after some time.

I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is spacious, spotless and perfectly equipped — ideal for both solo travelers and small groups (it can easily host 3–4 people). It really has everything you might need: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, adapters for UK plugs (a real lifesaver!), air conditioning, and even a lovely balcony.
The location is great too — only about a 10-minute walk from the lively center of Larnaca, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the seafront nearby. There’s a bus stop to various destinations, including the airport, just around the corner, and if you rent a car, parking right in front of the building is super convenient.
Check-in was smooth with the safe box system, and communication with the host was always quick, friendly, and clear. Possibly, one of the best places available in Larnaca — highly recommended!

Good location...near to the beach... store's and restaurants...we walked over and left the car at the apartment as parking can be a bit tricky during busy time's... excellent host... Irina is great to work with...nice cozy apartment...😊
