погано попрасована постіль,
деякі меблі обдерті,
вранці та інколи ввечері не було гарячої води,
вхідний замок потребує ремонту,
не вистачало ще 1 адаптер живлення

Pleasant conversation with the owner, fast solving all problems and answering all questions. The owner allowed us to move in earlier than we had. Apartment has a good location, 15 min to the city center and 6 km to the airport. There are some small shops, bus stops, a playground and a salt lake with flamingos.
Small patio with table and chairs, cute сats were walking in the yard. All the listed amenities were available.
Non-stable Wi-Fi connection and some humidity in the room due to the winter time. The second aspect was taken away by turning on the additional heater.

A nice and quiet apartment in a central location, all sights Are within walking distance - the salt lake, museum, church, beach and also busses if needed. The host is very kind and responds quickly.
