The host Geisel was wonderful! We walked to her home from the train station and she took us back to the station in her car at the end of our stay. My husband forgot his passport so she met him at the train station the next day to do a handoff. The house is very cute and has a wonderful attached court yard. Location is walkable to restaurants, shopping and historic sites. Thanks for letting us stay!

After a week in Paris we arrived in Bayeux to the peace and tranquility of Giselle's apartment. Everything was as described with the beautifully decorated apartment, soaring ceilings in the bedroom and the French charm of the outdoor patio and garden. Giselle met us at the apartment and made sure we were comfortable with everything. Parking was incredibly easy with three free lots within close proximity. The one we parked in was literally a 20 second walk and there was always space. It was about a twelve to fourteen minute walk into town for restaurants, the Bayeux Tapestry Museum and Notre Dame Cathedral. The meeting point for our Normandy Tour was also in town. It was also an easy 15-minute drive to the coast to Arromanches-les-Bains which is a beautiful beach town and also the landing site for the British forces in WWII. Giselle was very responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and Giselle was very thoughtful with guest amenities. We would love to stay here again if we are lucky enough to get back to Normandy.

This is the 2nd time we book this property. It is for a reason we come back to this amazing place. Loved every moment while staying here, from the house to the neighborhood, the town and the entire Normandy area.
