A PLACE TO RELAX NEAR THE BEACHES
Located in a quiet residential area, La Loge is a few steps from the beaches of Trestraou and Trestrignel, ideal for nautical activities such as surfing or sailing. The house also benefits from proximity to the local market and shops, perfect for exploring the city on foot and enjoying local produce.

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed 160 cm with bathroom (shower and bath).
- Bedroom 2 (1st floor): 2 single beds 90 cm.
- Bedroom 3 (1st floor): 2 single beds 90 cm.
- Bedroom 4 (1st floor): 2 single beds 90 cm.
- Bathroom 2 (1st floor): Shower.
- WC: 1 WC on the ground floor and 1 WC on the first floor.

- Fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher).
- washing machine, dryer in the laundry room
- Internet access (Wi-Fi), TV, board games.

Situation idéale : à 10-15 mns à pied des 2 plages de Perros et proximité immédiate du centre ville.
Nous avons apprécié le point de vue exceptionnel et le calme de la propriété. Les propriétaires présents lors de notre séjour sont tres accueillants ainsi que le gérant de la maison. Nous reviendrons surement.

Des vacances merveilleuses dans une très belle maison avec un grand jardin. M. Loic s'est très bien occupé de nous. Il a donné de bons conseils pour les excursions et les restaurants.

Magnifique maison bretonne possédant tout le confort attendu offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer.
Les couchers de soleil sont fabuleux.
Loïc est disponible et à l'écoute.
Nous avons passé à 3 couples un merveilleux séjour.
