Private: terraced garden (fenced) with trees. 50 m long steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 300 m, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "Plage de Trestignel" 950 m, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km, sailing school 3 km. Nette Gastgeberin, tolle Lage, Gehdistanz zu Meer/Hafen/Einkaufsgeschäfte und Restaurants. Schöne Umgebung, wo es viel Sehenswertes gibt.

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Charme. Umfangreiche Ausstattung, gerade auch in der Küche. Die Terrasse ist das absolute Highlight. Schade dass einige Fenster zum großen Teil bereits durch die Witterung blind waren. Es gibt so viele schöne Liegeplätze rund ums Haus. Schön wäre es, wenn die Kissen und Auflagen geschützter aufbewahrt werden würden, um die Stockflecken zu verhindern.
