During our trip to Greece in August, after leaving Lefkada, we decided to spend a few more days in the country on our way home, and we chose to stay in Nea Potidea. We selected this apartment because it was close to the beach and it did not disappoint.
The apartment was very clean, with spotless linens and towels, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and hot water available at all times. It has two rooms: a separate bedroom and a living room with two beds where we slept very comfortably. The living room has also a well-equipped kitchenette, a large, clean, and quiet refrigerator, as well as a TV and air conditioning.
The rooms are fitted with curtains and have a wooden cover structure outside, which helps block out noise and light, perfect for restful sleep. The balcony is spacious and includes a drying rack for clothes. The surroundings are green, peaceful, and very clean.
The owner and his wife live on the ground floor of the villa and are wonderful people: kind, discreet and friendly. We had a few pleasant conversations with them and really appreciated their hospitality.
The beach, just a 2-minute walk from the villa is wide and with crystal-clear, calm waters, like a swimming pool, ideal for families with children. There are also a few beachfront tavernas with good food, friendly service and fair prices.
We highly recommend this place for families, with or without children, it's the perfect spot for rest and relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality!

very clean rooms, the balcony has nice view & comfortable for taking breakfast, Marko is a pretty pleasant person, location is perfect, a lot of flowers all around, 3 mins walking to the beach, water is clean & because it's closed from the open sea almost no waves what is convenient for the kids
wifi connection is not stable & for me, it wouldn't be a problem, but 4g network also doesn't operate well on the ground floor, but it works ok on the beach
