Villa Evgenia II – A Peaceful Retreat Near the Sea

Villa Evgenia II is a stylish and comfortable 60m² home set within a large, fully enclosed garden in the heart of nature. Surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, this tranquil setting is perfect for nature lovers and those looking to unwind in peace and privacy—just 700 meters from the sea.
The villa offers a private driveway with parking right next to the house, as well as an additional parking area just a few meters away. The spacious garden features a furnished raised terrace with a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a barbecue—ideal for al fresco meals or lazy afternoons in the sun.
Inside, the accommodation includes:
• One bedroom with a double bed
• One bedroom with two single beds
• A living room with a sofa bed
• Open-plan mini-kitchen with a breakfast bar
• Bathroom with a shower cabin and WC
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (with ice box), microwave/grill, 2-ring electric stove, coffee maker, and toaster. For your comfort, both bedrooms are air-conditioned, and you’ll also find a TV and hi-fi system in the living area.

🏊 The current standing pool slightly visible in some photos will be replaced with a slightly smaller model (366x76 cm).
We’ve fallen in love with this part of the Kassandra peninsula because of its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. It’s less commercialized than other areas, often referred to as a “soft tourist zone”—you won’t be disturbed by loud music or heavy traffic.
The nearby village of Nea Skioni faces south and offers breathtaking sunsets with Mount Olympus silhouetted in the distance. Here you’ll find everything you need for a perfect holiday: beautiful beaches, traditional tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops, and incredibly friendly locals. The area is very safe, and because it’s also a popular destination for Greeks, the prices remain very reasonable—around €40 for a full dinner for two, including drinks!
The property is set in a peaceful olive grove, where you may be greeted by a local shepherd and his flock passing by. It’s the kind of place where time slows down. After just a few days, we believe you’ll understand why we chose this spot as our holiday home—and we’re sure you’ll fall in love with it just as we have.

We have had such a wonderful week. We loved the property and the pool. It was very comfortable for our family if 4. The owners were great at communicating with us, very friendly and helpful and even brought us fresh apricots off of their neighbours tree. The area is great, we loved swimming and snorkelling in the sea. Thank you Greece you never disappoint!

Sehr schönes Chalet in mitten eines Olivenhaines, Weg ist geschottert ist aber gut befahrbar ca. 700 m. Mietwagen empfehlenswert.
Umgebung mit zwei kleineren Fischerdörfern und einigen guten Stränden und netten Restaurants sehr ansprechend. Wer Rummel mag fährt an die Ostküste( 20 minuten entfernt). Kein Wlan, kein TV nur entspannte Natur und Sterne ein perfekter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Wir waren zwei Wochen da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet es fehlte an nichts.

Wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Chalet, umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen. Wer die Stille und die Natur mag ist hier vollkommen richtig.
Die Abholung durch den freundlichem Hausmeister Mike am Tag der Ankunft war perfekt und er kümmert sich um alles.
Der Pool wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und das Wasser war immer sauber und man konnte sich herrlich abkühlen.
Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Man hat von der Terrasse einen herrlichen Ausblick in die Natur und kann den Urlaub in der Sonne unter Palmen genießen.
Es gibt im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum je einen Ventilator und eine mobile Klimaanlage, die für Abkühlung sorgen.
Mit den netten und sehr hilfsbereiten Vermietern Michael und Edith haben wir einen wundervollen Abend verbracht. Hier nochmal vielen lieben Dank , wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.
Wir können das Chalet nur weiterempfehlen .
