About this chalet rental
Mountain chalet on more than 6000 m2 of private land, 850 m above sea level.
On the edge of the forest with a breathtaking view of the valley.
All-wood design chalet including:
- a big room living room stay with kitchen opened direct access on balcony terrace,
- kitchen with all its equipment: oven, microwave, fridge 3 induction hob, hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue.
-Washing machine
- A living room, A sofa bed, a dining table, TV, hi-fi.
-A wood stove. 40 dm3 with lighter provided in winter, possibility of purchase of additional wood at the rate of 6. 00 € 40 dm3.
-A bathroom with shower. sink, shower and toilet, iron and ironing board.
-On the floor, two rooms: one with 2 beds of 140x 90
The other bedroom with 1 bed of 200 x160. (New bedding)
A new room with bunk beds.
-In the basement local ski or bike.
The center of the village is 5 minutes away, with all the necessary shops and services: butcher, bakery, newsagent, cafe, hairdresser, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor.
Located 4 km from the town GERARDMER.
Many activities are offered to you:
In winter downhill skiing. Near the resort the polite (800m), ideal for beginners, With its toboggan area. In Gérardmer (4 km) and Bresse (10 km), cross country skiing, snowshoeing etc ...
In summer, countless hiking, mountain biking, swimming at Lake Longemer 1.5 km, fishing, excursion / walks in Alsace nearby.
You will also find several medium-sized surfaces, swimming pool, skating rink, bowling, cinema, casino in Gérardmer.
BB equipment available free (cot, high chair, stroller cane).
Possibility to rent the weekend at a price of 150 €, during periods outside school holidays. With the option of the raised bed is 20 € per bed.
Animals are not allowed.

The house is really nice and the host was pleasant and kind. We stayed only 2 days but we had a nice experience. Recommended

Great location and property was lovely. A more friendly welcome from the caretaker(?) would have been nice and it is important to say that electricity costs are not included. Not a problem, but not stated clearly on the info (hidden in additional details).

Tout d'abord, certaines photos sur Abritel datent un peu ( manque de vernis sur les bois et changement de la douche). Il manquait beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine . L'escalier montant aux chambres est très raide. Les odeurs de fosse septique sont très prononcés et manque de lumière sur le balcon ne permettant pas de dîner dehors.
