About this chalet rental
Rent chalet comfortable in Xonrupt, close to Gerardmer. 2 star.
Renovation 2015: a wooden terrace facing south, shower redone. Roofing and insulation redone. Creating a new room of 13 m² in 2016. Holiday vouchers accepted.
The chalet has an area of 52 m2 on one level.
for 2 to 6 beds.
Full basement available 27 m² can be used as a bike, ski etc.
Edge of the forest in the middle of a plot of 1300 m²
The village center is 5 minutes, with all the essential shops and services: butcher, bakery, newsagent, cafe, hairdresser, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor.
Located 3 km from the town of Gerardmer.
Many activities are available:
In winter skiing, 2 steps from the station polish (350m), ideal for beginners.
At Gerardmer (5 km) and La Bresse (10 km), cross country skiing, snowshoeing etc ...
In summer, countless hiking, biking, swimming in Lake Longemer 1. 5 km, fishing, trips / walks in the nearby Alsace.
There are also several hypermarkets, swimming pool, skating rink, bowling, cinema, casino Gerardmer.
The chalet is very well equipped and includes:
3 bedrooms: a cabin room with bunk beds, a bedroom with bed 160/200 and a room in the basement with a bed 140/190.
A living room, a sofa bed, a dining table, TV,
A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A completely renovated kitchen. With all its equipment: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, cooking hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, raclette, stone grill, griddle blender, electric barbecue table and charcoal.
Outdoor parking for 2-3 cars.
Baby equipment available free of charge (cot, high chair, stroller).
Possibility of providing linens.
Discounted rates 590 € to 280 € + utilities (electricity consumption and taxes)
Week except holidays: € 280, high season € 560.
Christmas and New Year 610 €
Possibility to rent weekends (185. 00 € all charges included), OUT OF SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PERIOD.
Possibility to rent the cottage for a few days, not the full week, except during holidays.

La propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique et à l'écoute. Le chalet est très propre, contient tout ce qu'il faut et est idéalement situé dans un cul de sac, entouré par la forêt. L'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer!

lave linge en panne a notre arrivée pas d'intervention de la propriétaire , portes de la douche ne ferment pas complétement, ustensiles cuisine mauvaise qualité( poéle ,casserole attachent pour cuisiner)
