Located in a private residence with caretaker and communal pool, this fully renovated holiday home is an 8-minute walk from the beautiful Benoit beach, in La Baule, in the area of major hotels.
The house is composed of:
- a living room with sofa bed, flat screen tv
- an equipped kitchen, opened on the stay (dishwasher, furnace, microwaves, refrigerator, plates of baking, hood ..)
- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be converted into a double bed)
- bathroom with bath / shower and washbasin
- separate toilet.
- an enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture.
You also have a private parking space.
For your leisure, you will find near the equestrian center, tennis, beach clubs for children, thalasso, casino La Baule, and the charming port of Pouliguen with restaurants, shops and market.
The roads are easily accessible to discover the area: the salt marshes, the medieval city of Guérande, Le Croisic and its aquarium ...

La maison est très fonctionnelle et très pratique pour une famille.
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique et avons pu circuler en vélos (à disposition pour les adultes).
Lalocalisation est très pratique à 5 minutes en vélo de la plage et à 3 minute à pieds du site du jumpng de la baule (qui a eu lieu quand nous étions là) qui s'est révélé être une très belle activitépour les enfants

La maison est conforme au descriptif. Elle est bien située dans une résidence très propre et très calme. Elle est bien équipée, rien ne manque. La propriétaire est très réactive en cas de problème. L'accueil et le départ se font avec les gardiens. Nous remercions les gardiens pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse. Très bon séjour malgré un temps mitigé ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine .

Maison idéalement située, dans une résidence calme et arborée; entre La Baule centre et le ravissant port du Pouliguen.
Nous nous y sommes confinés, et le rayon des 10km est extrêmement riche en découvertes!
Les 2 vélos adultes en parfait état sont un vrai plus. Nous avons tout fait à vélo et avons loué sur place des vélos pour les enfants.
Le logement a été refait à neuf avec goût et est en très bon état. Cuisine impeccable!
Très bonne Connexion internet.
Le jardin, les transats, et le BARBECUE qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce!
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux!!
Nous reviendrions avec bonheur, en tous cas nous avons donné l’adresse à tous nos proches!

A recommander, mais attention pour les personnes âgées. Escalier d’accès aux chambres étroit et raide.
