Located in a private residence with caretaker and communal swimming pool, this renovated holiday home is 8 minutes walk from the beautiful Benoit Beach in La Baule, in the neighborhood of large hotels.
The house consists of:
- A living room with dining area (6 people), sofa, flat screen, DVD player
- A kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, hob, hood..)
- A room with a bed 2 people
- A bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle bed
- A bathroom with bath / shower and basin
- Separate toilet
- A south-facing garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
You also have a parking lot and an adjoining shed.
For leisure, you will find near the equestrian center, tennis, beach clubs for children, the spa, the casino of La Baule, as well as the charming port of Pouliguen with its restaurants, shops and its market.
The roads are easily accessible to discover the area: the salt marshes, the medieval city of Guérande, Le Croisic and its aquarium ...

- On site you will find an umbrella bed and a high chair
- you have at your disposal two adult bikes
- The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.
- in summer, rent from Saturday to Saturday only.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ( 1 semaine) la location est plutôt bien située n’ayant pas de voiture tout était assez proche ( plage et centre de la Baule )

Cette maison est très mignonne, refaite avec beaucoup de goût mais très petite pour des personnes grandes. Bon séjour quand même.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (sogar ein Induktionsherd) in der selbst kochen Spaß macht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt einen großen Pool. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sehr entspannt im Garten liegen konnte.... Die Vermieterin und der Service waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Urlaub :-)

We enjoyed our stay very much however I have a couple of points I would like to raise. On entering the garden I was very disappointed how uninviting it looked. What was supposed to be grass was just over grown weeds which hadn't even been trimmed. The hedges were over grown & bare & the small patio area was covered in debris & had not been swept. The furniture had not been washed down & was dirty. I felt that no one had taken time to prepare this for our arrival.
I would suggest that the property would benefit from a fan especially in the main bedroom as this was so hot at night.
The visitors book apart from the wifi instructions was in French. Unfortunately we do not speak French. I would suggest that there is an English version as well.
No instructions were left on how to operate the TV or dishwasher or maybe this was in French in the visitors book?.
