Lovely big airy accommodation. Plenty of garden space and swimming pool just right for the summer heatwave. Not too far from the coast and great countryside walks on your doorstep.

Pia is lovely and very helpful. Great location (and the pubs and various eateries in Lostwithiel are walkable and of good quality) and very serene for those who like a "quiet" getaway.
If you're venturing out at night, take a torch. The 'shortcut' isn't well lit.

The location was perfect, the host very likeable. The garden was amazing and an unexpected bonus.
We were informed that there is an additional charge for towels after the booking which was not helpful since we were already travelling for some days and could not have made other arrangements. But the host did not insist on the payment which was kind.

Cream tea welcome. That, it was a converted church or hall, very tall windows, good kitchen area, comfy bed.
Bathroom was too small, no place to put girly things. Towel rail did not heat up therefore it was cold up there.
