About this house rental
House with 4 sleeps upstairs fully equipped kitchen. living room opening onto a terrace. Enclosed garden overlooking accessible wooded park; all shops at 500m; 1km beach of pouliguen; 2km beach of the baule (bigger and more beautiful beach of Europe); 7km tip of the croisic, 7 km guerande and the salt marshes; briere park; st nazaire. closer to the Pouliguen than the village of Batz sur mer + 20 km of landscaped coastal path.

The best thing about this property is the location and the swimming pool.
The property was advertised as 2 bedrooms. That’s why it was priced accordingly.
It was however 1 bedroom with a few curtains hanging from a pole.
The beds were very old. The owner was great and delivered 2 mattresses for the children’s beds and a topper for ours.
The cleanliness of the property was not good. We found old dusty socks under the bed and thick cobwebs in the corners.
This was our summer holiday and it didn’t feel like a holiday home.
The kitchen equipment was very old. (Cutlery was rusty). Luckily we came in our camper van and used the stuff from there.
My daughter also got a splitter from the decking which was very old and breaking up.
The area was lovely and we enjoyed the swimming pool and evening walks.
There was a supermarket and laundry close by. And a lot to see in the area.
