About this house rental
Full of charm and light, this Orangery is an outbuilding of the Château de Boussay. It is fully fenced and independent, as is the swimming pool located within the orangery. The orangery is fully rented for each rental.
Small village renowned for its calm and relaxed lifestyle, Boussay is located between Tours and Poitiers, 9km from La Roche Posay, spa town which houses an 18-hole golf course and a casino.
The orangery was completely restored in 2010 and is closed by an enclosure, outside of which it is possible to walk in the alleys of the castle.
The house reconciles the beauty of old stones with the comfort of modern. The main room, which is almost 70m², is bathed in light from morning to evening because of its 4.5 meters high ceiling and its huge rounded windows.
In winter, a large fireplace allows you to fully enjoy the magnificent surroundings. Dining room and fully equipped contemporary open kitchen. Terrace overlooking the garden for lunch and dinner in the sun.
The orangery can accommodate 14 people in 3 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with single beds (4 bunk beds in one, 3 single beds in the other, a single bed in the last adjoining one of the master bedrooms).
3 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 4 toilets. Linen and sheets are provided. Possibility of cleaning up on departure (paying).
Private pool of 10m x 5m. It is generally open from June 20 to September 20.
Possibility to rent horses by the hour, which will be brought directly to you in the garden of the orangery.
18-hole golf course 9 km away, Tennis, Spa at the Thermes de La Roche Posay (9 km).
4 adult bikes and 5 children's bikes, ping pong and barbecue available

The orangerie is very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect in a quiet little village right near the castle. We've spent a great week here and enjoyed also the swimming pool.
