Big house ideally well located, near the castles of the Loire (langeais 500m, 4km Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau 8km ...). Beautiful kitchen living of 35m2 with pool view. Large terrace with pool 10mx5m. Closed park of 10000m2. The house is perfect for multiple families. Accessible by train (Langeais) walk 20minutes. 5 bedrooms and a large dormitory / games room of 50m2

Thank you to Cecile for her lovely house and all her prompt replies to queries.We did a lot of cooking annd the kitch was very well ewuipped and a great space for cooking and eating. The children aged 7 to 13 loved the large bedroom with 4 bunk beds and various toys. We all loved the pool and the garden space for outdoor games.. Also great living space and comfortable bedrooms and beds.Minor points -- WiFi sometimes slow so a bit awkward as 2 of the men had to do work meetings while there.- It would be good to replace some of the outside games such as badminton racquets and table tennis bats which were broken - but we had brought some indoor and outdoor games ourselves.- Langeais beautiful - busy on Sunday but very quiet the rest of the week. Hard to find a local restaurant to suit a family. I would not recommend Le Garden which gets good reviews on line. We had an excellent trip to Tours and Gadawi Park Sud which the children and adults loved. - Guests are responsible for taking all waste to communal bins a few minutes walk down the road. It would be a lot easier if there were bins on site. Overall we loved the house, garden, outside eating space and pool and would thoroughly recommend the house.

We had a great stay. Pool was fantastic (and in good use). Very spacy accomodations; we were two families with 4 adults and 4 kids, but the house could have easily accomodated almost double. Very good, helpful and effective communication with the host Cécile. Locationwise nicely positioned to explore the Loire valley castles and vineyards.

House was great for us since it has a lot of space, with a big kitchen and very well equipped.
Pool water was green, which did not seem very normal so owner requested us to add some chemical products to correct that issue. Actually it was not resolved during our stay. Grass was not very green, quite yellow I would say. Gardener came one day without letting us now and left the external gate open which was not great since we were with kids. To add also that external gate does not closes properly which can be a danger. Bedrooms were nice, but beds quite uncomfortable. To close this review, I would like to say that communication with the owner was not great, and at some point not polite from her side.
