About this chalet rental
The chalet is a 5-minute walk from the village center with shops, restaurants, family activities, nightlife, cinema, and direct access to hiking / mountain biking paths in summer and 10 minutes from the Grand Massif ski area. You will appreciate the common living spaces, the comfort, the height of the ceilings, the location, the views, the warmth, the outdoor and relaxation spaces, the bedding, the fireplace. The chalet is perfect for couples, families (with children) and large groups.
This chalet built in 2017 is ideally located 5 minutes walk from all the amenities for skiing and the village center. Our chalet is a unique project designed by two ski enthusiasts which combines both the proximity of the lively and typical alpine village all year round and one of the largest ski areas in France. We wanted it resolutely warm, modern, sustainable and turned towards the mountain. At the end of a dead end, quiet and yet only 5 minutes from the village square, the old lime tree, the terraces and the entertainment. We hope you will feel as good as we do!
You will have access to the entire chalet. On the ground floor, the living rooms, a master suite with bathroom (Italian shower), and laundry room, ski room, boot warmers and ski lockers, sauna, garage. The garden, the terrace, deckchairs and garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, plancha. On the first floor, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large relaxation room with table football, video projector and cinema screen, library, board games. On the 2nd floor a mezzanine bedroom under the roof (height 2m).
A concierge service is available on request for
- deliver your meals at home (breakfasts, half-board meals, choice of various dishes (Raclette, Fondue, Mountain, Japanese, Italian ...), Wine cellar
- have a chef at home
- book your ski lessons, train station / airport transfers, Spa, treatments
- book and deliver ski equipment to the chalet.
We are of course at your disposal to exchange by email / sms / phone if you want information or advice on the chalet or the region. On site you will be welcomed by our team who can answer your questions or intervene if necessary regarding the chalet. Welcome !

Home is beautifully done, beds and linen are very comfortable, kitchen has everything that you could need. It is a quick walk to town which is a good thing because I was not aware that buses were not running. There was no public transportation, no masseuse or chef available to come to the house because of the dates of our stay but restaurants, grocery, bakery, ice rink etc is an easy walk. It was magical using the hot tub as it snowed! Would 100 recommend staying here. If public transportation is important just check your dates. The town, setting and locals were perfect. Fabrice was our driver for some outings and the airport and would highly recommend him!

We just love this chalet - this was our fourth stay, this time for 3 weeks. It is beautifully appointed and decorated, spacious and perfectly located. The location is extremely quiet but it's an easy 150m walk to the town. The property manager is helpful and responsive, the owners are helpful and friendly in their communications.

Large, very well appointed chalet, brilliant for larger groups of friends or family. The best kitchen we have ever had from a Vrbo property (and we have stayed in numerous) by far. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk into the village centre.

Excellent chalet - by far the best we’ve stayed in. Samoëns is a delightful base for skiers and non-skiers and just a few minutes walk to the shops and square. Plenty of free shuttle buses, and close to the riverside paths for walking and running. Beautiful views towards the mountains. Communications with the owner and property manager were prompt. Extremely clean and well furnished, with good basics in place and excellent instructions. The owners have thought of everything.
The property manager arranged a masseuse (Leah) for the non skiers - excellent and good value. Plenty of wood for the beautiful fire place. Hot tub and sauna both well maintained and a pleasure to use. The sofa is large and there’s an extension to the dining table so everyone can be seated together - perfect for the 13 of us! Ample parking for 3 cars. Excellent laundry and drying facilities for clothes and ski boots. Comfy beds. Plenty of hot water. Brilliant place!
