Staff were beyond friendly, beach right next to the resort. Was an amazing place to take my children they were never bored. I have never gone to the same place twice, I would make an exception here and will definitely book again for next year!
Could do with heated pools as they were a little cold but we did go in May so perhaps would be different in July/Aug time.

Good food, palm trees
Our room was too small, low bed sliding and uncomfortable , bathroom too small, reported cold water but not sorted, rusty shower tap, air conditioning and safe. There were no water for drinking. Having travelled a lot hotel is not value for money and definitely not five star Sincerely accommodation made our stay worse though we tried and chilled out on beach. We feel backache due to poor bed
