Our room service was not good, but it may be subjective. They have over 1000 rooms so maybe the person who is cleaning our rooms was not motivated.
Food is awesome. Service is really nice and friendly to children.

4th time visiting this hotel- another lovely stay. Staff were wonderful, particularly the two female staff in the outdoor dining area at breakfast time, the housekeeping staff member who thoughtfully arranged our Son’s Pokémon soft toys on the pillows each day, and Juliano from the evening bar staff. Lovely room upgrade too. Thanks, we hope to return.

Really Really nice hotel! Very large and clean (rooms are a bit dated, but doesn't damper your mood).
Would recommend coming here with no doubt.
