Tha appartment is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom could use a little renovation, but otherwise the flat is nicely renovated. The owner Fabrizio is amazing, very helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accomodate our requests. The flat is located in a calm, safe neighbourhood, we found free parking right outside the building and there is a nice café around the corner.
We didn't want to go everywhere with car, but this part of Viareggio is basically unwalkable with a baby stroller and the forest between this part of town and the beach is not very nice. So it's better to just go by car.

Supernetter Host, der uns freundlich empfangen hat. Es gibt eine Mappe und Tipps für wichtige Adressen (Einkaufen, Ausgehen, …). Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr komfortabel, mehrere Balkone. Angenehmes Viertel. Die Fahrräder haben wir gerne genutzt, sind aber auch gerne durch den Park gelaufen.
