Marco Polo area: Apartment of about 100 square meters located on the first floor of a three-level building. Accompanied by two large balconies.
Living room with attention to detail, with antique furniture and large double sofa bed.
All bedrooms have a large double bed, a very large one with a baby bed. and all are equipped with independent air conditioners.
Modern kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster, and high chair.
Bright house, in a one-way street with little traffic.
Quiet and residential place.
Paid parking in front of the house, and a free one at 300 m.
Close to numerous supermarkets and various shops.

Nell'appartamento non manca nulla, era dotato di tutto dal sale alla pasta alla cartigienica ai prodotti da bagno, erano persino i prodotti antizanzare (per poche piccole zanzare; -)). Balconi da entrambi i lati che permettono un buon ricambio d'aria. Letti comodi, ampio salone. Cucina dotata di tutto l'occorrente (forse manca solo una grattugia per il parmigiano? )
Insomma, ve lo consiglio!

Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé pour famille de 4 et plus (3 chambres avec grands lits doubles - dont une borgne, et une très grande).
Accueil sympathique et propriétaire disponible, bien que n'habitant pas Viareggio.
Proximité des commerces (supermarchés à 400m), d'un grand parc arboré et du front de mer (500 mètres), ainsi que de la gare (15 minutes à pied).
Rue secondaire, mais un peu bruyante, bref, appartement urbain (le silence réel - ou presque - dure de 22h30 à 6 heures). On pardonnera le bruit des scooters à l'excellent pizzaiolo du coin de la rue :)
Possibilité de parking gratuit à environ 300 mètres (vers la caserne des Carabinieri, ou sur la Via Aurelia), ou forfait stationnement semaine à 50 EUR (ou 8 EUR/jour). Le parking est un problème dans tout Viareggio, il est payant quasiment partout.
L'intérêt touristique de Viareggio est limité, hors balnéaire (pas de vieille ville ni de réel centre), mais des villes intéressantes se trouvent à proximité (Pise et Lucca à moins de 30 minutes de train, Florence à 1h30), et les premiers contreforts des alpes Apuanes sont à 30 minutes de voiture (Casoli et Greppolungo, au-dessus de Camaiore, permettent des randonnées intéressantes à 1000 m d'altitude, avec vue sur la mer et le massif).
Au final, le rapport qualité/prix de cet appartement est très bon, on ne peut donc que le conseiller : bonnes vacances !

Siamo stati lì a fine giugno,e ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene,si arriva alla spiaggia libera attraversando la pinetta in 10-15 min,molto piacevole,parcheggio vicino,molto comodo anche nn a pagamento,supermarket vicino e comodo,la casa grande e biancheria pulita,la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile,ma arredamento vecchio e purtroppo disponibile in tutta la casa solo 1 armadio....gli altri 2 erano chiusi a chiave,sedie e tavolo vecchi,camere da letto grandi e materassi confortevoli ma nessun posto o almeno sedia x appoggiare le cose,camere grandi,da fuori si sentono tutti i rumori specialmente quando si svuotano i cassonetti alle 6 del mattino,all'arrivo si sentiva odore di vecchio e bagno,la cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario(apprezzabile-la più bella di tutta la casa),il bagno piccolo,si dovrebbe migliorare sull'arredamento...Viareggio città sporca,il mare brutto ma i lidi belli,lungomare bello,impressionanti i fiori su tutte le stradine,comoda x muoversi in tutta la Versilia. Qualità prezzo conveniente,grazie
