About this villa rental
Villa Il Segreto is located in a dominant position on the hills of Versilia, in Tuscany, with spectacular panoramic sea view up to Livorno and islands such as Gorgona and sometimes even Elba. The location is ideal for those who want to live a relaxing holiday without having to give up days at the sea, which is only 9km from here, or for visiting the cultural cities of the area such as Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Carrara with its marble quarries, or simply stroll among the shops in Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.
The property consists of approximately 2000 square meters of private garden:
- Pool area (closed by wooden gates from both home side and parking lot side):
Private swimming pool with sea view, it measures 6 x 12 meters, depth from 1 to 2 meters, lit up at night. At the pool there are several deck chairs, loungers and umbrellas.
In the garden around the pool is also a gazebo with panoramic views of the sea and relaxing sofas, table tennis and a secondary gazebo.
- In front of house is a covered porch area where you will find a relaxation area with sofas and dining table.
Outside, off the entrance gate, there are 4 private parking spaces.
Important: The Villa, enjoying a breathtaking panorama at 386 metres above sea level, is reached via a steep (up to 30% gradient) and 2 km long asphalt road not suitable for cars that are too big and/or low, or for inexperienced drivers.

- Grocery stores, bar, tobacco shop, Bus: 2,5Km
- Restaurant: 2,5Km
- Large Supermarket: 6km
- Sea, sandy beach: 9km
- Forte dei Marmi: 7 Km
- Airport: ca. 50km
- Train: ca. 4,5m
Security deposit will be returned 2 days after Check-Out via bank transfer.
The outdoor areas has video surveillance.
Main Villa (8 People, 200 sq.m.):
Ground floor: Large kitchen with a breakfast bar with 5 cooking hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, Italian coffee machine (powder), american coffee maker, refrigerator, storage room with freezer and washing machine. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the living room. Also from the kitchen you can reach the porch.
Breakfast area/dining room with table and chairs, illuminated stairs going to the first floor and a technical room. Door to the porch.
Living room with sofas, large dining table, TV with SAT and fireplace.
The living room leads to a bathroom with toilet and another entrance door.
First floor:
- Room with double bed (2 persons), window overlooking the sea and swimming pool, private bathroom with shower.
- Room with double bed (2 persons), window overlooking the sea and swimming pool, private bathroom with shower and through room with a double single bed (2 Persons) and access to a terrace with armchairs and a partial sea view.
- Room with double bed (2 people), window on the back of the Villa, private bathroom with shower.
The entire property has free WIFI.
On request a Baby Bed and Highchair is available.
For stays of several weeks (at least 2 weeks) a 3-hour intermediate cleaning and linen change is included in the price.
The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Heating, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

Super Ferienhaus mit sehr schönem Grundstück und tollem Blick über die Versilia. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Wir würden wieder buchen. Wer in diesen Teil der Toskana fährt, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Für die Fahrt den Berg hinauf braucht man allerdings viel Humor. Lohnt sich aber uneingeschränkt.

Wir haben 10 Tage Ruhe, tolle Aussicht bei Tag und bei Nacht, den wunderbaren Garten, den Pool genossen.
Die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmt mit der Realität überein.
Wir haben vor wieder zukommen.
