This was a great spot for a short stay in Riomaggiore. The apartment is close to the main street with lots of restaurants, the train station and the harbor. The terrace is phenomenal with a lovely ocean view. We wished we could’ve spent much more time on the terrace. We slept 6 people in the apartment and even the sofa bed was pretty comfy. The host opened up a second bathroom for us since we were a large group AND let us return after checkout when we realized we had left an item behind.
The stairs :) but we know that’s an inherent part of moving around Riomaggiore and Cinque Terre in general.

Riomaggiore is a beautiful place and Cà Vivaldi is a lovely place to stay. The host was generous in stocking the apartment with everything we needed, including lots of coffee pods and tea. The kitchen is very well set up.
Be warned that there are MANY steps to get your bags up on arrival, but that will apply to every property in Riomaggiore. It will be worth the effort! You should enquire about the price of the hot tub before booking if use of it is important to you.
