Our home is thoughtfully furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, featuring large flat-screen Smart HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is designed to accommodate golf groups and families, providing both space and functionality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and equipped with the essentials. There was plenty of room to easily accommodate our two family group of 8. It was a bit cool, but that did not deter the swimming, hit tub or pickleball. There were plenty of games in the home for times when it was too cool and windy yo be outside. We have stayed in this location before and will be back again.

Clean, modern, plenty of space to gather, and plenty of beds for 2 families. We were right next to the pool and pickleball courts, which was nice. Also, Management came by the first day because they had noticed that we didn’t have a griddle in the kitchen. So they bought one and dropped it off, which was so helpful for the breakfasts we had planned! The Ledges is a great location, just above St. George and close to Snow Canyon. We loved our stay here!
