In my experience, the kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Both the stove and the dishwasher work very well. I also found the kitchen to be clean. From my impression, the business owner is quite responsive and answered phone calls promptly.
In my personal opinion, the apartment could be a bit cleaner overall. I noticed some visible dust on the floor, and the toilet brush seemed to have toilet paper stuck to it, which I personally found a bit unpleasant. The extractor fan also appeared quite oily. Since the Wi-Fi password is written on it, I was a bit surprised it wasn’t cleaner — but that’s just my observation. Also, the key pickup and return location are quite far from the apartment itself. It wasn’t a problem for us since we had a car, but I imagine it could be inconvenient for guests arriving by train.

We were changed to a different apartment when we did the check in (Saxonia Apartments). The location was much better (more central) and it was really nice to have a fully equipped kitchen.
The sofa bed is not fitting for an adult sized person. It definitely also doesn't fit two people. My friend slept there and he had to sleep diagonally to fit the couch. It also wasn't super comfortable.

Spacious flat, 2 bedrooms, big bathroom, well-equipped kitchen.
I had booked a flat in another building much closer to the Toscana therme but when arrived I was told I have to accommodate myself in another building 400 meters uphill, next to the Kirnitzschtalbahnhof. While taking the keys from the coded key-box, I was confronted by a guy sitting next that this is a private space, part of the balcony belonging to his booked room, asking me to free the space because my presence has allegedly disturbed the private call he had at the "balcony". I have replied that he has to complain to the owner for placing key-boxes within the space of his room's balcony.
