About this apartment rental
Our cozy apartment on the ground floor of our half-timbered house with a separate entrance and parking at the house is waiting for your visit.
The apartment gives the feeling of being welcome and offers a pleasant comfort.
It has a spacious living room,
1 bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchen with veranda and a modern bathroom with a spacious bathtub.
We are reachable by phone. Please write us an SMS or e-mail, so that we can quickly clarify questions or fulfill wishes.
Of course we try to stop by at the beginning of your vacation.
We would also like to cash the tourist tax. If we do not make it to the deadline, we ask that you pay the visitor's tax.
This tax is due, as it is raised by the spa town of Bad Schandau, and we have to pay them.
€ 2.00 / person in the period from April to October
€ 1.00 / person in the period from November to March
(Children and adolescents up to and including 15 years are exempt from the guest tax)
For this you can drive some routes for free with the bus and the ferries.
There are also numerous discounts for:
- Evening city tour of Bad Schandau
- Bicycle and outdoor rental
- Climbing courses and climbing tours
- Book readings
- Concert tickets for the Bad Schandau organ and music summer
- Rides with the historic passenger elevator
- Entrance to the Toskana Therme Bad Schandau
- Entrance to the National Park Center Bad Schandau
- Guided tours in the botanical garden Bad Schandau
- Loaning in the library Bad Schandau
- ....
A small note: mobile network is in the house because of the valley only limited. Vodafone is bad, other networks such as O2 or Telekom much better. To make calls with bad reception would have to take a 5 minute walk in the direction of the Elbe.
Sometimes a missing mobile phone reception is the key to recovery.
VDSL is available to you free of charge. The WLAN key is deposited in the apartment.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and we could hike the trails right from the house. A short walk took us to the Elbe River with the excellent bike paths and beautiful vistas. Great place.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und bietet viel Urlaubsfeeling. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Ein Geschirrspüler wäre zu empfehlen.
Trotzdem eine super Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermieter, die uns mit sehr hilfreichen Informationen versorgt haben.

Sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Leider liegt sie direkt an der Ortsdurchgangsstraße. Es ist von morgens bis abends sehr laut.
