About this house rental
The Fournil is an old pink stone building of Préty, it is part of the Château, where is the large park and the swimming pool, open to customers. The indoor bread oven, rare at the time, is now in the living room, close to an old fireplace; glazed doors lead to the terrace in the large courtyard. This cottage of 140m2 easily accommodates 6 to 7 people. In this quiet and private space, antique furniture and decoration give this cottage a warm and intimate atmosphere.

Die Lage des Objektes ist wunderschön; die Wohnung (ehemalige Backstube) mit Kreativität und auch Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet; allerdings waren die Sitzgelegenheiten zum Teil bereits zusammen gebrochen, bzw. im Begriff dazu. Die Küchenausstattung reicht fürs Frühstück machen - Kochen eher nur ganz einfache Gerichte. Kein Ofen vorhanden, sehr wenig Kochgeschirr, bzw. Geschirr. Auch kein W-LAN (nur in unmittelbarer Nähe des Büros des Besitzers und dann auch sehr langsam). Die Assistentin des Besitzers war sehr bemüht, ansonsten, hatten zumindest wir das Gefühl, eher geduldet als willkommen zu sein, Das Schwimmbad könnte sauberer sein, die Gartenanlagen weitläufig und schön. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge, wenn man bereit ist, auswärts zu essen.

Les plus : le charme des lieux, le grand parc, la situation (le village de Préty est très joli), la cour extérieure, la décoration du gîte.
Les moins : le stress quand nous apprenons dix jours après notre réservation que suite à un problème de synchronisation de sites notre gîte pour 6 est déjà occupé, mais fort heureusement une solution est d'emblée proposée. Le coin cuisine du gîte est équipé du strict minimum.
