This spotless, well-appointed Kirkland townhome is designed for comfort and convenience, just minutes from Downtown Kirkland, Lake Washington, and Woodinville Wine Country.
Relax in the open living area with a cozy gas fireplace and a 55” Smart TV with streaming apps. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker, with Starbucks coffee, tea, mini-moo creamer, and essential spices provided.
The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed, luxurious linens, and a 32” Smart TV with Roku. Two spacious closets provide ample storage.
Seasonal air conditioning in each bedroom (June–September) ensures a cool and restful night’s sleep.
The pristine main bathroom is stocked with freshly laundered towels, bath essentials, and a new shower curtain for each guest. A convenient half bath is located downstairs.
Need to work? The dedicated office space and high-speed WiFi make remote work easy. A full-size washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener are available for your convenience.
From May to September, enjoy the private deck with a gas BBQ, dining table, and Adirondack chairs under ambient festival lighting—perfect for summer evenings.

This property is fantastic, it's the best place we've stayed in the Seattle area. Nice furniture, beds are comfortable, kitchen contains everything we needed to make meals.

What a beautiful home to stay in. We loved everything about it. Close to everything yet it felt secluded and private. Susan was a fantastic host! Any questions we had she addressed immediately. She really made us feel at home. She paid special attention to the details of our trip and personalized our stay. The home was very clean and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again when in the Seattle area.

From the moment we arrived on the property I knew we had hit the jackpot! Everything was pristine, welcoming and just the cozy atmosphere we were hoping for. Susan is a fantastic hostess who went above and beyond for our comfort. She even provided some delicious apples, pumpkin bread and a basket of treats to take home. The bed was perfect, the sun shone through the many windows and the back patio was a perfect oasis of relaxation.
Safe, quiet neighborhood for walking and the setting is lovely.
Can’t wait to return for more time at this perfect VRBO. Thank you, Susan.
