Located in desirable West of Market neighborhood. Walk to nearby parks, beaches, restaurants, & shops.
Fully appointed kitchen, AC, W/D, fast WIFI.
Large kitchen island = great workspace w/under counter outlets.
Private, keyless entrance.
Ample street parking.
Located above detached garage.
Unfortunately, due to a family member's severe asthmatic reaction to dander, we are unable to accept any animals, including service & emotional support animals.

Bedroom: 1 queen bed, generous sized closet, dresser & full length mirror, view of Lake Washington from bed
Kitchen: oven/cooktop, microwave, full sized fridge, large island, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, magic bullet smoothie maker.
Guest access
The guest house is located above a detached garage with a private, keyless entrance. Ample street parking is available directly outside the guest house.
Bus service is located on nearby Market Street.
This is a 100% no smoking/no vaping guest house.
2 guest maximum.
Guests must be able to walk up a flight of stairs as the unit is located above a detached garage. No elevator.

An amazing vrbo! The property was bright and clean. All of the furnishing and linens were in great condition - it feels like your home, well cared for. The kitchen was stocked which made cooking easy. The neighborhood is fantastic - quiet, easy to walk into town or down to the lake. Highly recommend!
