The location is wonderful, within walking distance to all of the old town. The parking garage is steps away and easy to access. While I did not use the kitchen, it appeared to be well appointed. I did not use the living room either, but it was all in order.
The stairwell was dark, It is not clear when making the reservation that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator. It was fine for me, but anyone with mobility issues should not stay here. The bed is very low to the floor, and can be difficult for an older person.

We only spent one night here because we were just passing through. The appartement was excellent and Troyes was a very beautiful place to be. Everything was perfect!
