Nous avons aimé la tranquillité de l'appartement. Celui-ci est très bien situé: proche de l'hyper centre où l'on peut s'y rendre à pied facilement. Le logement était propre, bien décoré et bien équipé.
Nous avons trouvé dommage que les volets soient autant ajourés au niveau de la salle à manger, il faudrait peut-être y fixer une bâche comme ceux de la chambre pour empêcher le jour de passer. Au niveau de la balnéo, il y a un robinet mal fixé et le "couvercle" PVC à disposer pour boucher le fond de la baignoire tient mal en place. Egalement, au niveau de la chambre, le sol étant penché, une fois allongé dans le lit, nous avions la tête plus basse que les pieds (voir peut-être pour des pieds de lit réglables).

Appartement très lumineux avec une belle pièce de vie, sans vis à vis et moderne. Une bonne taille de frigo. Balnéo un plus (1 feuille d'utilisation plutôt qu'un book serait plus simple). Accès en autonomie. Distance du centre ville à pied parfaite.
Accès parking étroit, ok pour une citadine Mais place dans la rue un peu plus loin. TV petite pour la pièce avec un son qui pourrait aussi être meilleur. Litterie moyenne.

Insonorisation catastrophique. Baignoire balnéo cassée. Prises de la cuisine ne fonctionnent pas.
