My Roman Dream a stone's throw from the terminus of Metro B Laurentina, is a holiday home conceived and designed for people who want to stay in the best possible way: the house has been completely renovated and is equipped with every comfort. Guests will have different types of comfort available throughout the apartment. From the lounge including 65 ”4k smart TV with 2 sofa beds and air conditioning, the kitchen with all the required appliances, 2 large bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with tub / shower and finally 2 large balconies overlooking the greenery that surrounds the house. The goal is to make the guest feel at ease as if he were at home. For this and for any eventuality beyond direct contact with the chat of the site, the host will provide his personal number to each guest so that he can contact him for any type of eventuality. The house is located in the famous green EUR district and is a strategic area for reaching various places: for example, a few minutes away is Metro B Laurentina with which you can reach the Colosseum stop in 15 minutes. The area as mentioned is quiet and peaceful but at the same time full of entertainment: you can reach the largest shopping center in Europe (Euroma2), an outlet for shopping (Castel Romano Outlet), visit the famous Eur lake, the Palalottomatica, the Palazzo dei Congressi, the Salone delle Fontane, the Nuvola di Fuksas, the Luna Park and several restaurants, clubs and most important discos in Rome. Under the apartment you will have any kind of thing available, both for entertainment and for basic necessities such as: supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, hairdresser, gym, 2 bars with a hot table, bank with ATM, pastry shop, billiard room pubs, pizza restaurant, Chinese restaurant, sports center with tennis courts and swimming pool. Public transportation: - Via Marino Ghetaldi bus stop (25m) - Bus stop Piazza Lodovico Cerva (100m from the apartment). It takes you both to the B Laurentina metro and to various main points of interest in the city. - Metro B Laurentina: only 1.3 km away it is also connected with various bus lines under the apartment. Taking this metro you can be in just 15 minutes for example at the Colosseum stop. It also connects the Termini stop to take the metro A. * NOTE * The price does not include the tourist tax provided by the municipality of Rome of € 3.50 per person (excluding children under 10 years).

My family and I had an excellent time staying and the host supplied everything we needed. Extremely clean and comfortable like being at home. We also loved that there was air conditioning provided. It helped with the heat in Italy. Thank you again for sharing your place. I would recommend this lovely home to everyone.

The property was as described. Very clean, and the host provided extra touches including a welcome kit, a detailed list of instructions for self check in, and plenty of paper products. There is a grocery store, a pharmacy and a bar serving breakfast and lunch all just steps from the gate. The air conditioners worked very well, which in July was very important to us. Of all the VBROs we stayed in, this was by far our favorite. I would re-book with Daniele without reservation!!

The apartment was wonderful, but the real hightlight of this stay was our host. His recommendations were spot on, his advice and attention to detail was second to none and he even help us when we were lost by locating us and diecting us using links from google maps! The apartment is a little far from the sights we visited, but thats no ones fault. It is what it is- a short bus ride to the subway, then a 20+ minute subway ride to our destination. We made the best of that. Thanks to Daniele he's amazing!!

We had a wonderful time staying here while in Rome. The bakery and grocery store across the street were helpful and handy, and we enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony off the kitchen. The metro station wasn't convenient for us, but we used the FreeNow app to arrange taxi rides and never had a problem getting where we needed to go. A very comfortable place to stay.
