This is an accommodation experience to be savoured - take in the breathtaking views from the expansive private deck complete with Hot Tub for two! The Peninsula is for those who enjoy privacy and seclusion, in a magical setting. The property's wilderness and wildlife are yours to explore and absorb, surrounded by the magnificent waters of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and Port Esperance Bay. Boat House guests have access to the entire 250 acre property...complete with its own network of private walking tracks.
The property has two luxury accommodations so we do ask that you respect the privacy of guests at the other accommodation, Cape House on the Peninsula- this is 2km from the BoatHouse and each accommodation is private and exclusive!

We had an amazing stay in the Boathouse. We arrived to warm and lighted rooms, as well as champagne and delicious fresh bread. So welcoming. The location was the perfect base from which to explore the south of Tasmania and we had everything we needed in our self-contained accommodation. Even though the weather was cool, we were so cozy with central heating and a fireplace. The jacuzzi was an added bonus, as was the inquisitive wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!
