About this house rental
The house is ideally located in the middle of the vineyards of the Rhone coast and enjoys a breathtaking view of the Dentelles de Montmirail.
The house is fully equipped with electric heating with thermostat, open fire "cassette", wifi with extension in the garden, satellite TV TNT, HiFi system, ...
It can accommodate up to 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed + sofa bed in the living room) and is composed as follows:
The ground floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, hood, dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer
- A dining room with an extendable table for 8 people
- A comfortable living room with television (LED 4K, TNT) and stereo. The sofa is also convertible into a double bed.
- A bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200, a wardrobe dressing room, a bathroom (shower) and a toilet
- A garage with motorized door and a laundry room with a second fridge and a washing machine
The floor:
- 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200 and wardrobe dressing
- A bathroom (shower)
- Separate WC
But the most important thing is outside ...
- Land of 22 acres with views of the village of Séguret, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Ouvèze Valley
- Double terrace: covered and under canes
- Swimming pool 10 x 4 meters with 100 m² beach
- Competition petanque court
The house also enjoys a central location which offers many opportunities for visits: Vaison la Romaine and its surrounding villages, Gigondas, Tulette, Cairanne, Orange, Isle sur La Sorgue, Mont Ventoux, Marseille (100 km), the Camargue (130 km), Cassis and its creeks (160 km), Gordes (50 km), Saint Remy de Provence (65 km), Pont du Gard Uzès (60 km), Avignon (45 km), and many others ...
And there is obviously the wine ...
Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Rasteau, Beaumes de Venise, are just some of the villages around where you can visit dozens of wine cellars and taste the wines that are the pride of the region. Do not forget the many activities around during the summer months and the harvest period.

We had a fabulous 2 week stay in this house, the facilities inside the house were brilliant, and the outside space and pool made the holiday amazing. Our kids swam everyday and loved the pool - it is a great size for a family. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evening.
The location is really great - located close to Séguret and Sablet both of which are lovely picturesque villages and Vaison-La-Romaine is a short drive away.
Bernard was a great host with good communication.
We had a fantastic two week holiday and would highly recommend this house for families.

Lovely and comfortable house. It has everything you need and the terrace, garden and pool are perfect. Excellent beds, The weather was cold so we had to spend our evenings inside, and used the heating which was excellent too. Second time in this house and hopefully we will be back! Thank you Bernard.
