Charming fully renovated farmhouse with pool. Located at the edge of the river (Ceze), 1 km away from the Roque sur Ceze a village listed amongst the most beautiful villages of France in a peaceful setting, surrounded with woods and vines certified organic agriculture.
Facing the Escatte Rock where are numerous golden eagles which often come to fly above the farmhouse.
This is a sign that it is a very eco friendly environment!
You can escape by taking numerous paths in the area or stroll to the famous waterfall of Sautadet located 800 m away from the farmhouse via a path by the riverside.

A fantastic house in a stunning area. Beautiful swimmable river minutes from the back gate; walk back up the track and past the old cottage for access to the amazing Rocque sur Ceze cliffs and cascades. Everything was clean and the pool was brilliant.We would have liked a book of info/instructions in the house; also be aware that there are actually 3 bedrooms, and the 4th is a very lovely Shepherd's Hut.Nearest shop is 25 mins away in Bagnol.Highly recommended.

the house is in a great location with good walking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. We would have liked to have had a few comfortable garden chairs, but the stay was very pleasant overall.

We had a wonderful stay at the house, which is surrounded by beautiful vineyards, borders a river and has a frog pond. The kids played outside for hours in end while we enjoyed the fireplace, cooked meals and rested. Would highly recommend!

Belle maison, confortable, rien ne manque. Tout est parfait et agencé avec goût. Vue et environnement idyllique. Bémol nous n’étions pas prévenu de la présence du camping à l’arrière de la propriété ! Nous avons eu à nous plaindre parfois l’après-midi de musique forte venue du voisinage de l’autre côté de la Ceze.
