18th-century house, renovated in the 19th century, detached and all on one level, on a farm in a troglodyte hamlet on the outskirts of Azay-le-Rideau. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, lounge (via 2 steps from the kitchen), hallway (via 2 steps from the living room) leading to the 2 bedrooms: 1st bedroom (queen-size bed), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, toilet. Wi-Fi internet connection. Baby crib. Table football. Electric heating (€6 to €7/day). Private, unfenced garden of 800 m², bordered by a small stream. Prices include: sheets/beds made and linens. 18th-century house, renovated in the 19th century, detached and all on one level, on a farm in a troglodyte hamlet on the outskirts of Azay-le-Rideau. The natural setting is ideal for hiking (GR3 hiking trail on site).
