Excellent location with bus stop outside the property. Very quiet despite being on the main road, quality windows and sound proofing allowed for a good night sleep. Comfort and space within the apartment. Communication from the apartment hosts was excellent both online and via phone.
Although the quality was very good throughout, the lighting and heating switches were a little complicated to operate with multiple numbered switches. Small detail of no teaspoons and limited cooking utensils which was a shame - otherwise the kitchen was excellent.

Good location, two roads away from family for xmas. Basics provided-pots, crockery, utensils, towels, bedding, etc. Bring tea towels. Spacious, upstairs was the best room as it was nice and warm. Staff on hand for support.
Apartment itself had a lot of things broken. Livingroom/dining area didn't really heat up in the evenings and it was FREEZING. In laws mentioned that there was a bad sewage smell in their bathroom downstairs.

The apartment is new so everything was bright and shiny and all the rooms were spacious. The appliances
were also brand new and all of them worked as expected.. We watched Netflix at night which was a perfect way to end the day.

The apartment is ON High Street, heavily travelled by buses and and cars. The traffic noise was deafening. Theoretically the windows were sound proof, tho only 75% according to my guestimation. I emailed the weekend manager about the working of the air circulation system so the windows could be closed and yet there would be air moving about. I was sent a 14 page manual for the apartment in general with instruction for AN air circulation system, just not the one that was in the apartment. If there had been some air moving around this apartment would have been great, but with the noise pollution and the air pollution from traffic and the lack of a working air circulation system and stuffiness that caused, not so much.
