- Dining room with small but well-equipped kitchen and a lounge with fireplace

Upper floor:
-two double rooms with panoramic view, air conditioning
- bathroom with tub / shower
Downstairs:
- a double room
- complete bathroom with shower
An extra bed can be added.
Exterior: porch with barbecue and dining area, gazebo and 4x11 pool.
The house is very accurate in the details.
Guests have access to the whole house and to the whole garden, they will be alone in the property.
It is possible to walk to the center of Penna in Teverina, which is only 1.5 km away, where you will find small but well-stocked shops. However, the car is recommended to discover the area, as it is full of things to do and places to see, including tastings of oil and wine.
The station of Orte is only 9 km from the house, from there you can easily find a taxi, or we can organize a transfer, if you are without a car. In the village of Penna in Teverina you can easily walk.
We can charge you an extra for A/C or heating. 150 kW are included.

A truly excellent property - the house was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and full of interesting details. The garden was amazing, great pool, sun or shade as you want, lovely views over the rolling Umbrian hills and plenty of space to play (and also ripe figs!). The local area is great, Penna has a good restaurant, bakery, couple of cafes and a small supermarket and there are lots of beautiful places to explore just a short drive away. Finally the hosts Marta and Roberto were perfect - welcoming, quick to respond and able to offer lots of advice on where to go and the best restaurants. None of us wanted to leave - one of the best places we have stayed in Italy.

Great place. We stayed for one week. Beautiful house with lots of details. Also in the garden. Roberto and his wifr Martha welcomed us. Very friendly people who gave lots of suggestions regarding the surrounding of south Umbrie. Swimmingpool is perfect, depth 1.50 is sufficient. Airco inside is good.

Absolutely stunning house. Gorgeous garden and amazing pool. The house has everything you need, has a real home from home feeling. Outdoor dining area was used lots, especially for our morning coffee. Owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you Roberto and Marta, we didn’t want to come home.
We visited lots of places while we were there. Train into Rome only took 40 minutes. Restaurant in the village was lovely and the bakery is a must for your fresh bread and pastries.

The house was lovely and catered well for our family holiday. We really enjoyed ourselves, the garden, views, pool and surrounding areas was just excellent. The host and neighbours were very helpful and friendly. Lovely family holiday memories.
